Can I make payment by bank transfer?
Yes, providing you are happy to wait for us to confirm receipt of your funds prior to delivery. Sometimes this can be instant (usually repeat customers), but other times it could take up to 2 business days. For this reasoning we can only make a payment by bank transfer over the phone.
Otherwise, we accept all major Credit cards.
Can I enquire about a custom order?
Certainly, either by phone or email. Same day delivery will depend on stock available, payment and time of day. (Please refer to our T&Cs for more details.)
Spend $120 or more and receive FREE delivery. Offer only available for deliveries to Melbourne and suburbs.
Until further notice, we are only able to offer same-day delivery and via Phone Ordering. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Terms and Conditions: Weddings and Functions
We will always do our best to work with our clients to find the best outcome for their circumstances. However, we do incur unavoidable expenses to run our business. Therefore, to cancel your wedding or function, the follow terms apply:
- Cancel 29 days or more prior to the wedding or function: Full refund (minus deposit);
- Cancel 8 to 28 days prior to wedding or function: 50% refund;
- Cancel 0 to 7 days prior to wedding or function: No refunds.
(This is due to expenses to pay for staff, suppliers and the hours put into preparations.)
